Q: What if my business has little transactions but revenues over the stated amount in the tiered pricing model?
A: We can tailor your needs based on your individual business; you might be classed into a lower priced tier to accommodate for the scope of work provided.

Q: My business needs payroll support, do you provide this service?
A: RRMBDC does not provide this service at this time but as a member of the Association, we can connect you with Payworks to get this set up for your business.

Q: I calculate and do my own payroll manually for each employee, would you provide T4 services and assistance with calculating payroll remittances each filing period?
A: Yes, we can reconcile and balance your payments to employees to ensure that your remittances are calculated correctly. At this time, we are not offering T4 preparation but would able to provide the numbers to file this through your CRA business account. However, we strongly encourage clients to use the Payworks Payroll Service or another automated system.

Q: My business has annual GST returns but fits into the premium pricing for transactions and statement activity, could I be priced at the starter level?
A: No, Starter level pricing is for the startup businesses under two years with lower level activity and minimal revenues.

Q: I have been in business more than two years but my activity is less than 200 transactions and I only haveone bank statement, could I be in the Standard pricing model?
A: No, with this level of volume the amount of work involved fits into the Premium Package.

Q: What classifies as a transaction?
A: Transactions include any receipt, invoice, bill or entry needed to record into your books whether they arerecorded in the reconciled bank account or not (example: client uses personal credit card for an expense butthis account is never reconciled as it is a personal card, this classes as a transaction)

Q: I don't have RST remittance requirements, does this affect my pricing?
A: No, each package includes the types of filing regardless of whether you have compliance requirements withgoverning agencies.
